"We purchased this faucet over a year ago, (this is not a new faucet, the model number used to have a dash in the middle). The faucet has two modes, stream and spray, and the head pulls down for hand-held sprayer mode. Mostly I use the head pulled out slightly and tilted forward towards the front of the sink, so that I don't have to bend over so far to wash dishes...most sinks and faucets are not made for tall people.
After a year of using this faucet, it continues to work flawlessly and the finish looks as good as the day we bought it. We are planning on buying another if we move. A note about the soap dispenser, it is set for a large volume per pump; if you just hit the head of the dispenser with a quick slap and don't push it all the way down, you get the perfect amount to wash your hands. And even though we have a four-hole sink, we did not use the three-to-one adapter, we opted to buy stainless steel hole blanks at the local plumbing store.
