"This is the first review of the many products I have purchased over the internet that I have submitted. The reason is that I am extremely impressed with the the mechanics of the Touch 2O technology and the appearance of the Pilar faucet. A mere touch anywhere on the faucet will turn the water flow on or off. It's even quite entertaining and makes washing dishes ALMOST pleasant. The directions were clear which made installation by a non-plumber rather easy. In fact, my wife was impressed that my language was quite presentable throughout the entire process. In addition, Delta provides a video on their web site, albeit slightly outdated, which can be very helpful. On the other hand, the removal of the old Moen faucet necessitated my wife to insert ear plugs. Shipping was quick and packaging was excellent. The reason I gave the product 4 instead of 5 stars is that we have only owned it for approximate one month and that additional star will have to wait a bit to determine it's trouble free longevity. If my wife wrote this review, the Pilar faucet would have been given the fifth star." – duffer 2

"First off - If Amazon allowed half stars, I would give this 4.5 stars.
I purchased the Delta Leland faucet for a kitchen remodel. The faucet itself is simple and elegant. The head swivels very easily and the magnetic lock for the pull-out spray is very convenient. The two modes of spray are very easy to use with a switch on the back of the faucet head. The standard mode works very well, though I found that when switched into spray mode, there was a lot of water spatter. Not sure if this is due to the water pressure at our house, or the design of the spray distribution.
The separate handle is very nice and easy to use though the little push-in colored button that shows which direction is hot versus cold, fell off and disappeared down our drain less than a week after the install.
The soap dispenser is a little bit lower than I was expecting when installed - there is little clearance between the pump and your hand - but it is still perfectly functional.
Overall installation was fairly simple (neither my fiance nor I have much plumbing experience)and the design fit our needs. Aside from the low clearance soap dispenser and the hot/cold button falling out, this product is great at a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

"The faucet started to leak after the first year. We replaced parts of the valve but it continues to leak. It seems the entire valve assembly might need replacement. "We bought this faucet as a replacement for an old (>15 yr) Moen single handle faucet that did not have a pullout spray. Installation was easy with any one or three hole sink. Our biggest problem was installing the soap dispenser, which was no fault of Delta's but our own (It pays to know exactly how many holes you have in your sink before trying to install everything....). After installation, we have no leaks and the faucet works great! I love the push-button ability to change from stream to spray. Great product, great price." – ljcwalston

The finish is a dark brown base color, with thousands of tiny copper colored scratches that give it that bronze effect.
Looks nice, but I've seen other brands do "oil rubbed bronze" better.

"This faucet is beautiful and I wouldn't describe it as "country" at all. Granted, it's not a 90degree right angle modern faucet, but we have it in a modern/contemporary/eclectic kitchen and it fits in perfectly. We actually have this one and the larger kitchen sink one. The only draw back to the bar/prep sink model is that it does NOT have a switch on the side to change the stream to spray, like the kitchen one does, otherwise this would be a "5". I would give the kitchen sink model a 5 star rating. The magnetic holding system for the pull out sprayer works exceptionally well. We noticed in the big box stores that many were hanging down and noted that as a weakness, which delta has addressed. The finish on the stainless steel one is beautiful and overall this faucet feels like a quality piece of equipment, unlike some of the more expensive ones at the big box store, which have plastic feeling/cheap pull down sprayers. you can probably find this cheaper on other websites, which we did." – S. "I really like the mag-tite feature of this faucet. The others that I looked at all had a small gap between the arm and the head of the faucet. There is no gap with this faucet..
